Service Excellence Team (SET)

 

The Service Excellence Team has been tasked with leading a college wide effort to integrate LSSC's Service Excellence philosophy and standards into all areas of the College. The team is investigating ways to provide training and support to the College community and to continually identify service obstacles and recommend solutions.  

The following individuals volunteered to serve on the Service Excellence Team and to lead sub-teams to investigate ways to implement various aspects of the initiative:
