Field Biology with Lab
Prerequisites: Successful completion of all developmental course work in math, reading, and writing as indicated through placement testing.

This course emphasizes recognition of plant and animal species native to Florida. Lectures will cover the principles of field identification and surveying of species, as well as the unique ecosystems of Florida. Laboratories will typically be outdoors and may be off-site. Students may be required to provide their own transportation to off-campus locations.
