Lake-Sumter State College now offering first Bachelors Degree

Lake-Sumter State College will offer its first baccalaureate degree program, a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Organizational Management (OM), beginning in January 2013. 
 
Employers are invited to recruit LSSC BAS-OM Majors by:

Bachelor of Applied Science degrees focus on providing students with practical, applicable preparation in their chosen field of study. The BAS in OM prepares graduates with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage in a wide variety of organizational settings, such as for-profit businesses, not-for-profit agencies, educational institutions, public service and municipal settings, and medical environments, among others.

The BAS in Organizational Management,  provides employers an effective means of developing or updating employees’ management skills. Employees who graduate from this program will be an asset to their organizations, bringing with them knowledge of the newest tools, techniques, and practices for greater efficiency and effectiveness for helping to build a high-performance culture.
