The average modern employee remains at a company for less than 10 years.  With that being the case, experienced candidates constantly find themselves competing with younger job seekers for employment.  These younger candidates bring new ideas and less dependency on benefits.  This can seem to be a daunting task to compete against for experienced job seekers.  Career Development Services is committed to assist job seekers customize their job search strategy for today’s competitive job market-from creating strong effective resumes, application materials, and to polishing interview and networking skills.
