This is a fully online course and as such students should be computer proficient and have access to a computer for all assignments. The labs for the course will be a mixture of virtual labs and physical labs. The physical labs will require students to conduct short safe experiments at home with kitchen type chemicals. Students will be provided with detailed instructions for these labs. The physical labs may require the need for purchase a few materials. These items can be purchased at a local grocer at a minimum cost. By Tuesday evening at 6:00 pm of the first week of classes, all students enrolled in the course should have logged onto the course via Bb. Preliminary instructions will be sent to all students prior to the first day of class via Laker email; therefore, if you haven’t done so already, activate your Laker email account.
