This is a hybrid course, which means much (as much as 79%) of the course instruction occurs online via Blackboard. The instructor expects students to be computer proficient and have consistent access to a computer with a high-speed (broadband: cable, DSL or satellite) connection. Microsoft Office 2010 is required for eLearning courses--earlier versions of Microsoft Office are unacceptable.
