Apply for Financial Aid Scholarships
(352) 365-3567

Federal and State Financial Aid
(352) 365-3567 FinAid@lscc.edu
Students who meet federal and state income eligibility requirements may be qualified to receive financial aid to help pay for college expenses.
The process for determining eligibility can take several weeks, so it is strongly recommended that students begin the process well in advance
of the deadline date. This includes submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) at www.fasfa.com and submitting all
required documents. Students who have not done so will be required to pay their fees and wait for reimbursement, provided they qualify for aid. |

processing time is required before registration is possible.
NOTE: Residency for tuition purposes is determined based on information provided on the application for admission. Be sure to submit
all documentation required to determine residency at that time. Residency status cannot be changed after classes have begun. |

Develop Your Schedule for the Upcoming Semester
First time in college students (FTIC)
FTIC Students are required to attend new student orientation (NSO) where they will receive a personalized advising guide which highlights their first semester course options. Students will also be introduced to the online class schedule, the many features of LOIS, activating their student email account, and how to register for classes.
Students transferring from another college or a university
Transfer students will need to make an appointment with an Academic and Career Advisor to help determine which courses they need to complete their desired degree at LSCC. For advising purposes, an unofficial or student copy of all previous college work will be needed at this appointment. An official transfer credit evaluation will be done during the first semester of enrollment.
