Lake-Sumter Community College's Academic Honorary To Induct New Members

Leesburg, FL - Lake-Sumter Community College's Phi Theta Kappa will induct nineteen new members on April 16, at 4 pm, in the Leesburg Campus' Magnolia Room.

Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society for community colleges. Students are invited for membership due to high academic achievement, after completing a minimum of fifteen credit hours and earning a 3.5 grade point average.

Students to be honored are: Richard Billings, Mel Blakeslee, Federico Dixon, Lauren Faryna, Erin Freehling, Amy Gerger, Sarah Hickman, Tina Hickman, Evan Jochims, Debra Lee, Leslie North, Kathy Olsen, Janet Osborne, Emmaben Patel, Cristina Plamadela, Pamela Stewart, Karen Tierce, Jessica Toth and Randi Wright.
