Lake-Sumter Community College Hosts Popular South Lake Kids' College

Leesburg, FL - After its successful introduction in Clermont last year, Lake-Sumter Community College's Kids' College will once again be offering the popular summer program on its South Lake Campus. Kids, seven through twelve years of age, can enjoy a wide variety of fun and educational activities which will be offered in two eight-day sessions of morning and afternoon classes. The first Kids' College will be July 8 through 18, the second July 22 through August 1. Morning campus run from 9 am until 12:15 pm, afternoon camps from 12:45 until 4 pm. Late pick-up is available from 4 until 5:15 pm.Camp fee is $60 for the full eight days. Classes include topics such as: acting, baton twirling, clay/ceramics, dance, Harry Potter, computers, magic, science, rockets and cheerleading. For more information or to register call: 243-5722.
