In the News... Apply Now for Lake-Sumter Community College's Summer Classes LEESBURG, FL - Class schedules are available for Lake-Sumter Community College's Summer Terms. New students or those who have not taken a class in over a year should apply at least 48 hours prior to registration. Students may apply and register at the Leesburg, South Lake or Sumter Campus for all classes. Three terms, varying in length, are offered during the summer. Terms A and Extended A start on May 6. Term A continues through June 24, Extended A through August 14. Summer Term B starts June 26 and ends August 13. Current students, who have been mailed registration appointment cards, may sign up for classes for all three terms on April 16. Open registration for all other students will take place April 24, May 1 and 2. Late registration for Summer Terms A and Extended A will take place May 6 and 7. Late fees will be applied. Registration times for all days are: 9 am until 1 pm and 4:30 until 6:30 pm. Summer Schedules are available at all Lake and Sumter County Winn Dixie stores, Clermont's Kash 'n Karry, city chambers of commerce and libraries.
