Lake-Sumter Community College To Present Central Florida Youth Orchestra

LEESBURG - Talented young musicians ranging in age from 6 to 19 years of age will perform at Lake-Sumter Community College, on Saturday (May 3), at 7 pm. The Central Florida Youth Orchestras annual Springtime Serenade, will be held in the Leesburg Campus Paul P. Williams Fine Arts Center Auditorium, and will feature a variety of symphonic arrangements. Under the direction of Mr. Jonathan May, the orchestras composition includes strings, brass, woodwinds and percussion. A guest performance by Marion Carters Florida Young Artist Chorus will be an added treat. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $5, or you can call 787-4838 for advance tickets.
