LSCCs Workforce Development Director Janice Adkinson says the Centers goal is to locate services and resources to help businesses with permitting, impact fees, licensing, start-up information, developing business plans, financing information, marketing, inventory control, OSHA, HR, management, supervision, cash flow, tax reporting and more. Another goal is to provide training and seminars to assist new and existing businesses...all in a central location. She adds that SCORE will be a major source for business counseling and, along with LSCCs Corporate Training and Continuing Education offices, be an integral part of the training services.
