Lake-Sumter Community College Students Awarded Accounting Scholarships
LEESBURG - Lake-Sumter Community College students, Sara Lachitioui and Jennifer Loggins, were each presented an Elizabeth Kline Rhile Scholarship on January 14th. The two $600 awards have been given each year, for almost two decades, in recognition of academic excellence in Financial Accounting. Dr. Joseph Rhile established the scholarships upon his retirement as LSCCs first accounting instructor, in honor of his wife. The current winners were recommended by LSCC instructor Rachel Holtzclaw
