Lake-Sumter Community College Continues Its Spring Concerts

LEESBURG It continues to be a musical April at Lake-Sumter Community College as the LSCC Jazz Ensemble presents is Spring Concert on April 20, at 7 pm. The concert will feature the talents of LSCC students, community musicians, and guest pianist Terry Harr. The performance is free and will be held in the Leesburg Campus Paul P. Williams Fine Arts Center Auditorium.

On April 23, at 7 pm, the Central Florida Youth Orchestra will present its popular Springtime Serenade. Talented young musicians will perform a variety of symphonicarrangements. Under the direction of Jonathan May, the orchestrascomposition includes strings, brass, woodwinds and percussion. Musical guests for the evening performance will be the Florida Young Artists Chorus and the Leesburg Community Chorus. Also held in the Fine Arts Center Auditorium, the admission is a $5 donation.
