In the News... Lake-Sumter Community College Spring Registration Continues LEESBURG - Students have until January 5th to register for Lake-Sumter Community Colleges spring term. The colleges three campus will be closed through January 5th for holiday break, but online registration will continue as usual. Students can not only register online at www.lscc.edu, but they can also review the spring class schedule and complete new student orientation. Most importantly, students needing help over the holiday break need only to email advising@lscc.edu, or call 787-3747, and an LSCC advisor will personally help you through the registration process. December 31 will be the only day online services will not be available. The Leesburg Campus bookstore will also be open through the break, weekdays from 8 am until 3 pm, and 9 am until 1 pm on Christmas and New Years eves. Its phone number is 787-4900. Students can register online through January 5 for spring classes which start January 6. This spring term is the perfect opportunity to start work on that degree or take courses to enhance an existing career. You can get a great education without leaving your own community at Lake-Sumter Community College. Tuition is a fraction of those at state universities, classes are smaller and more personal, schedules are designed for full-time and part-time students, and any student with a high school diploma or G.E.D. can apply for admission. |
