Lake-Sumter Community College and SCORE to Present Workshop on Market Research

LEESBURG - Are you thinking of starting a new business, want to expand, or just do a better job marketing? Lake-Sumter Community Colleges Continuing Education office and SCORE (Senior Corps of Retired Executives) are presenting a workshop on a topic that will help you meet all these goals and more. A three-hour class on Market Research will be held on March 4, from 6 until 9 pm, on the Leesburg Campus. This workshop will show you how to develop a marketing strategy for your small business and will cover such informative topics as:

• Pricing of a product or service
• Demographics of a market area
• Evaluating competition
• Developing a marketing plan
• Selling a product or service
