Lake-Sumter Community College to Offer Human Resources Course

LEESBURG - Fundamentals of Human Resources will be offered through Lake-Sumter Community College and the American Management Associations (AMA) certification program. Held on the Leesburg Campus, the two-day class will meet on May 21 and 28, from 8 am until 12 noon. The class is a comprehensive guide on virtually every aspect of human resources management. Cost is $137.

Another certificate class will be Presentation Success: How to Plan, Prepare and Deliver Effective Presentations. This four-part course will meet on Thursdays, starting May 27 and continue through June 17. Time is 6 until 8 pm, and the cost is $137. The class is packed with easy-to-use worksheets, strategies and tips in helping you succeed spectacularly when trying to impress an audience.
