Formulate smart answers to tough customer questions by learning from tried-and-true methods used by successful customer service professionals (American Management Association certification curriculum.)

Word, Level 1...Monday, Jan. 24, 9 am-4 pm

Students will explore Word, use basic document skills, and work with document views. Students will also learn how to edit text, check spelling and grammar, and print Word documents.
