Lake-Sumter Community College's Academic Honorary Welcomes New Members LEESBURG - Thirty-five students were inducted into Lake-Sumter Community College's chapter of Phi Theta Kappa on December 13. Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society for community colleges. Twice a year, students who have completed a minimum of fifteen credit hours and have earned a 3.5 grade point average or above are invited for membership due to their high academic achievement.
