Earn College Credits in Just Seven Weeks during Lake-Sumter Community Colleges Summer Term B

LEESBURG - Lake-Sumter Community Colleges Summer B Term is a perfect way for recent high school graduates to jump-start their college careers or for current college student to pick-up that required course or some extra credits. Though the term last only seven weeks (June 27 through August 15), a variety of courses are offered such as: algebra, anatomy, art history, biology, business, cinema, composition, economics, education, humanities, literature, medical office management, microcomputer applications, music physics, psychology, speech, word processing, and world religions. There are also online composition and literature courses. Classes will be held on LSCCs Leesburg, South Lake and Sumter campuses, but subjects do vary, so please pick up a Summer Schedule or visit the college website at www.lscc.edu. Students can also register and pay online on the same site. New students, or those who have not taken a class in over a year, do need to apply in-person, however, at least 48 hours prior to registering. For more information call 323-3665.
