LEESBURG - A great New Years resolution would be to start work on a degree or take courses to enhance your workplace skills. Lake-Sumter Community Colleges spring classes start January 5, so if you recently received your high school diploma, want to make a career change or return to school after raising a family, now is the time to start your advanced education. Full or part-time students have the convenience of three campus locations, flexible hours and a low student-to-teacher ratio for a personalized experience. Any high school graduate or GED recipient has the opportunity to apply for admission, but it is important to do so now. Earlier online registration and an increase in freshman enrollment make it more important than ever to start the application process now and to register early by logging on to www.lscc.edu.
