Lake-Sumter Community Colleges Sumter Campus To Offer Pre-licensing Course for Real Estate Salespersons

LEESBURG - Lake-Sumter Community College will offer a pre-licensing course for real estate salespersons on LSCCs Sumter Campus, in Sumterville. Classes start November 1 and meet on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6 pm until 10 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am until 5 pm. Classes continue through November 23. The course is designed to meet requirements of the Florida Real Estate Commission for Principles and Practices of Real Estate I. Topics will include basic real estate information, as well as real estate law, all of which will be included on the Florida Real Estate Salesman's Examination. Cost of the course is $339.
