Lake-Sumter Community College To Offer Pre-licensing Course for Real Estate Salespersons

LEESBURG - Starting October 4 and continuing through October 27, Lake-Sumter Community College will offer a pre-licensing course for real estate salespersons. The Leesburg Campus course, which will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 am until 4:30 pm, is designed to meet requirements of the Florida Real Estate Commission for Principles and Practices of Real Estate I. Topics will include basic real estate information, as well as real estate law, all of which will be included on the Florida Real Estate Salesman's Examination. Cost of the course is $339.
