Lake-Sumter Community College to Offer Mandatory Real
Estate Course
LEESBURG - Every two years, real estate salespersons and brokers, active or
inactive, are required to take a 14-hour refresher course. Lake-Sumter Community
College will be offering this course on September 22 and 23, from 8 a.m. until 4
p.m., on its Leesburg Campus. Mandated by the Florida Real Estate Commission,
the classes cover Florida state and federal laws which affect the real estate
industry. Cost is $109. Call 365-3556 to register.
