In the News... Lake-Sumter Community College Students
Celebrate the Diversity of the Thanksgiving Holiday After the multi-cultural meal, a Thanksgiving holiday reflection was offered by guest speaker Rod White Eagle Wilson. A member of the Wolf Clan of the Cherokee Nation, Wilson offered a unique look at the holiday from a Native American perspective. Sponsored by LSCCs Equity & Diversity Committee and Student
Activities office, the event culminated with an international fashion show
presented by the students.
