Lake-Sumter Community Colleges Sumter Campus to Offer Conversational Spanish

LEESBURG - Learning another language can enrich ones life, which business owner will doubly benefit in being able to better serve their Hispanic customers. Lake-Sumter Community Colleges will offer two levels of Spanish on its Sumter Campus in October. To register call Lake-Sumter Community Colleges Corporate and Community Services at 568-0001 or 352-365-3556.

Spanish, Beginning Conversational, starts on October 3 and continues on consecutive Mondays through November 21, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Finding out that more and more of your friends, neighbors, and customers are Hispanic? This introductory class will cover all the basics to carry on simple, useful, everyday conversations. Cost of the class is $69; the textbook is $20.

Spanish, Continuing Conversational, meets on Mondays, October 3 through December 12, from 7:30 until 9 p.m. Enhance your communication skills to take a giant step toward a better understanding and mastery of the Spanish language. Cost is $69.
