Higher Education Opportunity Act
The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA) went into effect on July 1, 2010 and requires that postsecondary institutions participating in federal student aid programs make certain disclosures to students. In accordance with federal regulations, Lake-Sumter State College provides prospective and current students as well as the general public with a variety of academic, institutional, and financial assistance information.
