The Facilities Department is the in-house work force that provides day-to-day scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair. These services include: custodial, grounds maintenance/landscaping, painting, College vehicle upkeep and  repair, staging, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, keys/locks, electrical/utility distribution, Security, planning, and structural repairs for all three College sites.
