Welcome to my home page!  My name is Len Miller and I am both an adjunct instructor of English teaching ENC 1101 and an  English tutor at LSSC's Learning Center located at the Center for Teaching and Learning on the Leesburg campus. 

I have been teaching English and Literature for over forty years, so I am hopeful that any student needing assistance for any type of academic writing assignment will seek me out at the Learning Center, easily found between LSSC's Student Center and Faculty Offices. 

Since I have been an English Adjunct Instructor here at LSSC for three years, there are folders of helpful handouts and powerpoints which have been available to past and current students. Simply go to the "Documents/Download" buttons on the side menu; most are found under "Common Forms." They are available to any student here at the college who needs or can benefit from them.

Please Note: All ENC 1101 students will need to download and print out the ENC 1101 Syllabus for Spring 2013; the College-level Writing Rubic (which I use for all written assessment); and the Class Participation Rubric (which I use to assess each student's engagement and participation).
