LEARNING CENTER TESTING
The Learning Centers of LSCC administer only the following types of tests:
- Make up exams for LSCC and UCF students
- Proctored distance testing for Internet-based courses or correspondence courses
Make-Up Testing for LSCC and UCF students
As a service to LSCC and UCF students and faculty, the Learning Center offers make-up testing through the Learning Center Leesburg English lab for students who have missed a test in any subject area.
INSTRUCTORS: TO SET UP A TEST FOR A STUDENT
- Obtain a copy of the Testing Request Form from the Learning Center from the Intranet or from the LSCC website.
- Complete the form including proctoring requirements, any special instructions to the student, and how you want the completed test returned to you.
- Complete one Testing Request Form for each student, for each test.
- Send the Testing Request Form attached to a copy of the test to the Learning Center English lab.
STUDENTS: TO TAKE A TEST
- No appointment is necessary; test proctoring is available during all regular operating hours. (Leesburg's Hours)
- Call in advance to make sure that your test has been received in the Learning Center. Be sure you know your instructor’s name.
- Allow yourself adequate time to complete the test prior to lab closing time.
- Bring a photo ID. Proctors will not administer tests to anyone without photo ID.
- Sign in on the attendance-tracking computer (Accutrack).
Keep your copy of the completed Testing Request Form as a receipt.

LOCATION: All make-up tests are administered in the English Lab in room 129 of the Learning Center Building on the Leesburg campus.
