Electronic books can be located and accessed from the catalog. You can either limit your search to e-books or select books marked with the e-book icon from your search results. You can also log in to several large e-book databases from the E-book Collections page.Magazines, newspapers and journals are available in print at all LSCC libraries and through online databases.
Finding ArticlesDatabases provide indexes for articles on a large variety of topics. LSCC provides access to a large number of databases covering a wide range of topics. You can access databases alphabetically or by clicking on the subject categories below.
- General Databases provide articles on a wide variety of disciplines and usually provide sufficient information for most general research.
- Business Databases will provide articles about specific business topics and will help you with more in-depth research.
- Cultural databases like Daily Life Online (Greenwood Electronic Media) and World Geography (ABC-CLIO) will also provide useful information about business customs in other countries.
