There are just so many students that may need help and he tries as best he can or have one of his staff members help in every way possible, yet this library needs someone who can help with historical and genealogical subjects |

Elated that library is staffed with librarian with an Ed.D. who is frequently accessible and well versed in massive amounts of knowledge and highly computer literate as well. Bravo! |

For instance, I would appoint a librarian or student assistant to circulate around the perimeter and offer help to students. This person's sole responsibilities would revolve around making observations, enforcing library policies, and acting in an impressively soliticious manner in an effort to tailor to the patrons' needs more efficaciously. This way, there will be at least one person at all times( the staff would rotate positions) to ensure that patrons were given first priority. |
