What, if anything, would you change about the library's print and non-print collections?

In my case, as a Fibromyalgia Patient, I am looking for the very latest books and cutting edge information on Fibromyalgia. This is a rapidly developing medical field and the latest books, including inter-library loans, is 2002 which for Fibromyalgia are seriously outdated.
