College Planning Council Charge:
The College Planning Council serves as the “point of consensus” in a participatory process of identifying and analyzing issues of significant interest to the college community and developing recommended solutions or actions. Through the Planning Council, the President obtains recommendations for planning goals and objectives and budget allocation priorities. The Council also evaluates the use of planning and assessment results to improve the processes of teaching and learning, operations, and student services..
