safety & Services Building Site Enhancements
Lake Sumter State College has crafted an emergency notification system for each of the three campus locations. This mass notification system is comprised of multiple alerting methods with the goal of providing simple, yet effective, means for alerting as many people as possible.
The College has three outdoor warning sirens, inside sirens and message alerts, and emergency phone lines for updates. These are all controlled by an entry lock and monitor system.
